Renaissance Christian Church seeks a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who will provide support to the Lead Pastor and Executive Director. Responsibilities typically include organizing Lead Pastor’s schedule and emails, overseeing events and initiatives that promote the overall vision for the church, working with Executive Director to oversee ministries, manage finance and attendance records, and assist in HR systems. 


  • Revise, define, and implement operational guidelines and policies for the staff
  • Liase with the Lead Pastor, Executive Director, and key volunteers to develop financial plans and ensure legal compliance
  • Execute regular deliverables and projects as they come up
  • Assist in Human Resources functions
  • Be an active member of Renaissance Church


  • A strong Biblical foundation shown by deep commitment to the Lord of Jesus Christ in every arena in your life
  • Two years of demonstrated experience in operations, financial management, and administration
  • Previous display of the necessary skills needed to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
